We do our best to describe and display our tarpaulins and accessories accurately. However, colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and sizes and weights are given as close approximations based on standard manufacturing tolerances. All products are subject to availability, and we may change or discontinue items at any time.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. You will receive an email acknowledging your order, but a contract is only formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in Pound Sterling (GBP £) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the UK is free on every order. Prices may change from time to time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout, as explained in our Payment Policy.
7. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, usually within 3–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to the address you gave us. Please check your order on arrival and let us know promptly of any damage or missing items.
8. Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. This is in addition to your legal right as a consumer to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
