#1 What products do you sell?
Answer: We specialise in heavy-duty and lightweight tarpaulins in a wide range of sizes and colours, along with covers and accessories for building sites, trailers, vehicles, gardens, camping and everyday DIY jobs.
#2 How long will my order take to arrive?
Answer: Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days across the UK. Delivery may occasionally take a little longer during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
#3 How much does delivery cost?
Answer: Delivery is completely free on every order to addresses within the UK. There are no hidden charges at checkout.
#4 Can I track my order?
Answer: Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
#5 Where are you based and where do you deliver?
Answer: We are a UK company based in London, and we currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
#6 Can I change or cancel my order?
Answer: Yes, as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it for you. Once an order has left our warehouse, it will need to be returned instead.
#7 What is your return policy?
Answer: You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
#8 Can I exchange an item?
Answer: Yes. If you need a different size, colour or product, simply get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange an exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
#9 When will I receive my refund?
Answer: Once your return arrives and has been checked, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few working days to show it in your account.
#10 What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Discover. All payments are processed securely in Pound Sterling (GBP £). See our Payment Policy for more details.
