But if you have ordered an item on the weekend, we will deliver the order on Monday. Deliveries are made only in the United Kingdom. Normal Delivery Charges We usually charge GBP 6.99 delivery charges, which are our standard delivery charges irrespective of the order’s total price and weight. Special Delivery Charges We also deliver the order on the very next day. Our following day delivery charges will depend on the size of an object and delivery location as well. Orders placed with us through phone or email from Mon-Thurs before 5:00 pm will deliver to the customers the next day. Return If customers want to return the product they have ordered, our company accepts all the returns with a complete money-back guarantee excluding shipment charges. If you wish to return the order, then you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order, and we will provide a complete refund for the order. Return of Faulty Items We ask our customers to see the original product and delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
